And the dream became reality...
It was 2017 when the partnership of three friends started to take shape.
Jorge Galhardo, Rui Acacio Leite and Antonio Sousa Magalhaes, with the support of Diogo Acacio Leite, decided to turn their passion for motorsport into a concrete project. With many years of experience in both organizing and participating in events, the time had come to join forces and create something of their own.
On February 22, 2018, the Parallel Velocity Club Association was officially founded.
The next step was applying to FPAK - Federacao Portuguesa de Automobilismo e Karting to become an effective member and obtain the required authorization to organize events.
Shortly after, on March 28, 2018, during the FPAK General Assembly, Parallel Velocity Club joined the list of member clubs and received license no. 108.
More than just another club, our ambition has always been to make a difference. Beyond organizing motorsport events in different disciplines, we aim to go further by promoting innovative events that connect the automotive world with culture.
Since our foundation, we have believed that collaboration is essential for the growth of motorsport. We work in partnership with other clubs, sharing experience, joining efforts in event organization, and promoting a cooperative spirit that strengthens the discipline.
Through drives, partnerships, and initiatives that connect motorsport with other fields, our goal is to create unique and unforgettable experiences.
